To ensure your pillows remain fluffy, please follow these steps:

1. Our pillows are vacuum-sealed during transportation. When you open the package, the pillows will start to fluff up. Please pat the pillows to bring them back to their full shape, and let them sit for a period of time to reach their full thickness before use.

2. Please unwrap and fluff the pillows up manually to their full size by kneading, slapping, and shaking them. Give the pillows 48-72 hours to fully expand.

Warm Reminders: 1. Pillows become fluffy when you dry them (DO NOT BLEACH OR IRON). 2. Placing the pillows in the sun for a few hours on a bright day will evaporate the moisture that builds up overnight, and the pillows will fluff up over the day, ensuring they become fluffier and softer.
